The GP Services T15000 Rotary Mini Piling Rig
The T15000 is a small yet powerful mini piling rig custom built to undertake our restricted access piling operations. It comprises a 1.7 tonne drill that is mounted on rubber crawler tracks. It's designed to be capable of working within confined, restricted or limited access locations and its minimum operating dimensions — 720mm wide by 2250mm high — ensures it can easily be manoeuvred through a standard household doorway.
The T15000 is fitted with twin motors on the piling head giving the rig a maximum torque of 15000Nm. It is capable of installing augers of up to 300mm diameter together with a 344mm diameter temporary liner. Along with the through bore of the drive shaft, and by simply changing the drive sub, the T15000 is available for DTH Drilling work.
The T15000 is able to tilt its mast angle from -5 degrees to +90 degrees which gives the advantage of enabling the machine to carry out horizontal drilling when required. With the added benefit of out-riggers, together with a side tilting mast, it is ideal for setting up on unprepared sites.
The rig comes with a super silenced 44kW whisper power pack that can easily be detached and used up to 50.0 meters away from the piling platform, ideal for works inside and around domestic properties in residential areas and in low headroom or tight access areas.
